Disbursement of Loans

Federal Direct Loans/GR PLUS Loans will be disbursed after the add/drop date which is two weeks after the semester has started.

Any loans that have been applied for and approved will be disbursed on Tuesday as per the loan disbursement schedule. If a loan has been applied after the first disbursement date of the semester, it will continue to follow the loan disbursement schedule and be disbursed on Tuesday.

If you are eligible for a refund, please be sure to complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form which is available on the Business Office Student Forms page. It takes approximately 14 days after your loan has been disbursed for your refund to be processed.
