Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management

 The St. Thomas University Master of Business Administration degree is designed for students who are currently in, or plan to enter, responsible positions of management. The MBA program provides a balance between the quantitative and qualitative aspects of management and focuses on the needs of part-time students who may have special concerns because of their employment responsibilities.

Admission Requirements

Admission to the MBA program requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with the following required coursework or equivalents:

  • A completed and signed university Application for Admission
  • Official college and/or university baccalaureate transcripts from the institution where the degree was conferred
  • An undergraduate degree with a GPA of 2.75 or higher

  • BUS 750 Strategic Marketing Management: 3 Credits

Human Resource Management Specialization: 12 Credits

Graduation Requirements
