Dr. Donovan A. McFarlane is an Adjunct Professor in the Gus Machado College of Business at St. Thomas University. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University’s Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences. Professor McFarlane earned a Master of International Business (MIB) from the Gus Machado School of Business, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD) from the School of Arts and Education, St. Thomas University. He earned a Master of Science (MS) with Highest Distinction in Marketing from Ashworth College. With 15 years of experience teaching at the college-university level, Dr. McFarlane has taught in undergraduate as well as master’s and doctoral programs. He is published in several journals including the Journal of Strategic Marketing, Atlantic Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Marketing, Journal of Marketing and Consumer Research, Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, Journal of Knowledge Management Practice, among others. Dr. McFarlane has taught at several institutions including Florida International University, Nova Southeastern University, Barry University, St. Thomas University, Westcliff University, Broward College, University of Fort Lauderdale, and City College.
