Academic Programs
Core Undergraduate Program: The Institute Ethical Leadership is proud to offer a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Ethical Leadership—a multi-course/semester program with both core and elective courses taught by theologians, philosophers and thought leaders. Core course offerings are broken into multiple categories including psychology, law, and counseling.
Core Graduate Master’s Program: The Institute Ethical Leadership boasts three Masters (MA) degrees in Ethical Leadership with specializations in higher education and sports administration. The program is designed for individuals looking to advance their organizational standing and maximize the potential of those working in industry, government, education, and nonprofit organization settings.
Core Doctoral Program: The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Ethical Leadership provides practical application for theoretical foundations grounded in leadership, ethical principles, management practice, psychology, planning and design, assessment and evaluation, research, and policy development in a variety of organizational settings and community environments. The program offers a project-based, interdisciplinary curriculum, and a broad spectrum of learning experiences to meet individual student needs and to develop a diverse and scholarly community of learners. Students within the program maintain careers within management, government leadership, public service, higher education, business, healthcare, non-profit corporations, and school administration (e.g., executives, principals, directors, military personnel, and supervisors).
