Mark Eiglarsh
Mark Eiglarsh is a distinguished former prosecutor, seasoned criminal defense attorney, adjunct law professor, sought-after radio and TV legal expert, published author, “happiness expert,” and a dedicated father of three and loving husband. His life is devoted to serving others.
Specializing in state and federal criminal defense, personal injury, and wrongful death cases, Mark is renowned for his captivating courtroom presentations. He has pioneered “The Five-Minute Acquittal,” a technique that convinces jurors to deliver a “Not Guilty” verdict in just five minutes or less of deliberation.
Recognized as “Best of the Bar” by his peers, Mark frequently offers expert commentary on top legal, political, and social issues for various media outlets. As South Florida’s WIOD radio “Legal Lion,” he regularly provides legal analysis and appears on numerous local and national television networks. Mark’s passion for serving others extends beyond his legal practice. As a spiritual coach and author of the book, “Be Happy By Choice. He cherishes the time he spends each week with his “Little Brother” Abel, from the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. Mark lives in South Florida with his extraordinary wife, three wonderful children, and their Goldendoodles, “Peace” and “Quiet.”
