St. Thomas Law salutes alumnus, Erik Burkhardt ’07 – agent for Kyler Murray, 2019’s NFL #1 draft pick.
The absolute best football talent descended on Nashville from Apr 25 – Apr 27 and we are so proud that one of our own was there to guide his client to such success at the draft. He has been representing Murray since early February 2019.
Erik, through his company Select Sports Group, also represents the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, Kliff Kingsbury, among other notables in the sports industry. His company is #5 on the Forbes List for NFL agents.
Fun Fact: Erik signed his first client while he was still a student at St.Thomas Law; forming his company while pursuing his joint degree (J.D./M.B.A. in Sports Administration).
