On October 11th, STU Law student Pryscilla Nicolau volunteered with STU Law alumnus Ricky Patel‘s non-profit, Its4thekids. Over 1,000 meals were distributed to residents of Miami Gardens, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami Overtown. The meals were purchased from local restaurants impacted by COVID-19. In addition, 100 children were gifted copies of Mr. Patel’s recently published children’s book, “The Beautiful Caterpillar.”
