Drs. Siegfried Wiessner and Susan Angulo were honored guests of the “Parlamento IberoAmericano de la Juventud” in Zaragoza, Spain, Sept. 17 – 19. They joined the former presidents of Panama, Uruguay and El Salvador and young politicians from each of the Latin American countries to discuss the process of increasing the interest of university students in politics and the process of change. Professor Wiessner also addressed the Parliament on goals and procedures of responsible leadership, resulting in a public order of human dignity.
