That is why, STU President David A. Armstrong and STU were recognized by the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce with the Sports Award. President Armstrong was recognized, along with other award winners, in front of more than 400 attendees at the SLFHCC luncheon.
As one of the top events hosted by South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Sunshine Awards takes place yearly on the first Friday of November honoring companies that have made significant contributions to the community. Founded 25 years ago, the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is considered one of the top five Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in the U.S. It offers its members different activities in which to network and meet possible business prospects.
