Media equipment (such as projectors, computers, and audio systems) and media set-ups should be requested at least two weeks in advance to ensure equipment and personnel availability. All requests for equipment, recordings, and studio time, should be made to the OIT Help Desk at 305-628-6610 or by e-mail: helpdesk@stu.edu.
After request has been made, an OIT representative may contact you to either confirm or better assist you with your AV needs; therefore, please make sure to give your full contact information to the OIT help desk operator. OIT does not guarantee the availability of equipment or recording if event is not scheduled at least two weeks prior to the event.
