Instructions to Print Enrollment Verification Certificates

You must have your STU Username and Password or PIN in order to obtain official or unofficial transcripts.

STU Username and Password or PIN

To obtain your STU Username, Password, or PIN:

  1. Log in to https://bobcat.stu.edu and
    1. Click on What’s My User Name or ID under the Guests Menu on the left-hand side and follow the instruction on your screen OR
    2. Click on Forgot My Password or PIN under the Guests Menu on the left-hand side follow the instructions on your screen
  3. You may also download a PIN Request form available here and fax it to 305-474-6930 – (24 hours processing time).

 

Enrollment Verification Certificate

To print Enrollment Verification Certificate:

  1. Log in to https://bobcat.stu.edu
  2. Click on Academic Profile (Transcripts) under the WebAdvisor Menu
  3. Click on Enrollment Verification Certificates
  4. Follow the instructions on your screen to print your Enrollment Verification Certificate
