Federal Stafford/GRAD Plus Loan Exit Interview
Students who are graduating and have received Direct Federal Student Loans are required to participate in the Federal Stafford/GRAD Plus Loan Exit Interview session. For your convenience you may click here to complete this federal requirement online. Failure to complete this requirement will result in a hold being placed on the student’s record for graduation.
Federal Perkins Loan Exit Interview
Students who are graduating and have received a Federal Perkins Loan are also required to participate in a Federal Perkins Loans Exit Interview session (separate from the Federal Stafford Loan). Students must also report to the Business Office in Dooner Hall Room 102 to obtain additional information regarding their loans, after completing the Perkins exit interview. STU uses a third party vendor for the billing services for Perkins Loan called Educational Computer Systems Inc. (ECSI); their contact # is (888) 549-3274. ECSI will send correspondence to students regarding their loan account on behalf of STU. It is important that you review all correspondence received, update your mailing address, and all other pertinent information. Students will be required to know their pin number, which has been previously assigned and will be included on all correspondence received from ECSI. Failure to complete this requirement will result in a hold being placed on the student’s record for graduation.
