Room and Board/Meals Rates
A St. Thomas University housing contract is for the full academic year (fall and spring semesters – except for winter break). Students are billed at the beginning of the fall semester for one-half of the contracted amount. The remaining amount is charged at the beginning of the spring semester based on the established rates for each room type and residence hall. The contract includes a meal plan. When computing the semester Room and Board charges, you must add the Room rate to the Board/Meals plan rate.
Limited off-campus university-sponsored housing may be available for graduate and law students. Students enrolled in online programs or over 25 years of age are not eligible for on-campus or off-campus housing.
