Room and Board + Meals Rates

A St. Thomas University housing contract covers the full academic year (fall and spring semesters, except winter break). Students are billed at the beginning of the fall semester for half of the contracted amount, with the remaining balance charged at the start of the spring semester based on established rates for each room type and residence hall. The contract includes a meal plan, so semester Room and Board charges are calculated by adding the room rate to the board/meals plan rate. Limited off-campus university-sponsored housing may be available for graduate and law students, while those enrolled in online programs or over 25 years of age are not eligible for on- or off-campus housing.
